To me, gym discipline and software engineering are driven by the exact same principles: consistency, execution, and continuous optimization. You don’t build a strong database or a strong physique overnight—it requires breaking down a large goal into daily, non-negotiable routines.
Training heavy teaches me how to handle pressure, embrace failures as feedback, and push through mental barriers. This strict lifestyle directly translates to my coding desk, giving me the focus and grit needed to debug complex programs and spend hours refining system architectures without quitting.
Progress is a matter of tracking metrics and analysis, whether it is debugging a script or calculating a new personal record on the barbell. I approach training with an analytical mindset—measuring workload, optimizing rest periods, and ensuring structural form are identical to how I design relational databases or optimize C loops. Every lift, just like every line of code, is a step toward peak execution.
